In photoshop is there a way to open an image With multiple items and separate each One to individual files or layers?

For example let’s say a sheet of warning signs like this.....

Image

And turn it into all separate files which can be print and cut?

That is just a bitmap showing the vector images in the set. Even separating them wouldn't be any good for print & cut, they would need to be vectorised after separation.

Actually, if you orderd such a collection from VectorStock all of the vectors would be supplied individually anyway.

Are you specifically looking for road signs?
They are available to use and reproduce under an 'Open Government Licence' - free download here, in eps or jpeg format.
https://www.gov.uk/guidance/traffic-sign-images

The page also includes rgb/cmyk/pantone colour infromation.

no just used that as an example.
I can do it with vector magic but it still groups really random parts.

I make cupcake toppers with edible ink and wafer paper and have lots of files and images but they are jpg like above just for printing.
where as I sell mine cut out ready to use cutting with a cricut which was purchased just for this purpose only.
