D-gen direct to fabric static blowout

I run a D-Gen TJ-3200 - 126 inch wide. Softknit, tent and SEG all print without issue.

We do a lot of teardrop flags, Berger Flag media and profile. With solid colors on white background I get severe static blowout. You cannot see it until the fabric comes out the drier.

I have filled the well full of water. It reduces it a little. I sewed anti static dryer sheets onto fabric and laid that strip in the well. It worked a little.

The blowout shows up as smoky wisps along the carriage travel path on the fabric, usually as wide as the letter.

I have lowered the temperature (from 182C to 180C) with no change. I am at wit's end. About to tell the boss we cannot do these sorts of prints. I wasted 50 feet of fabric or more to get one half way decent print.
