Hi all,
I am having problems getting the right colours from my printer. Can anyone assist or throw some advice my way pls?
I have the Ricoh 2110n and use the SubliSharp inks from Ink Express and Truepix paper from MDP. Im using Windows/Photoshop to print from and am using the correct ICC profile provided by Ink Express.
I have tried so many different settings as advised by Ink Express and from sublimation forums / youtube etc , but getting nowhere fast. I've already checked the threads here too, to see if they may help. Also tried nozzle checks etc.
Would really appreciate some help or advise.
Thank you!
Lisa

Are you expecting the colours being the same as those on your monitor, because it doesn't work that way unless you've colour-calibrated your monitor?

Hi Lisa,
I have exactly the same printer with Subli-Sharp Premium and similar problems, I have Trupix and some Ink Express paper and use PS CS6
Which ICC do you have installed? My supplied ICC disc has
IE_SublisharpPremium_RICOH_SG2100_icm and
IE_SublisharpPremium_RICOH_SG2100_V2_icm
I'm not convinced that I'm using the correct ICC
I've been subing one way or another for about 3/4 years, and I've struggled like mad to get a half decent mug with Subli-Sharp ink
Three years ago, I started with Sawgrass inks, the only rejects I had were operator error, 1st mug, 1st T Shirt, slates, money boxes anything and everything all perfectly printed
