Just incase anyone needs it, Martijn.DeLange@hermes-europe.co.uk is the email to write a complaint to. Make sure you add all the possible info needed as its hard to get a refund, but it is possible. Replies normally take a few days.

That's correct, but good luck with getting your money back from deLange, aka 'The Lying Dutchman' as he's known amongst his courier workforce.

I order Hermes via packlink.

So far packlink have refunded delivery costs for breakages AND then the full retail cost of the broken item.

I actually make a huge profit on breakages!
