If you were printing designs that are only black on a white cotton t-shirt, but each one personalized. What would you use?
My first thought was an Oki as they are all less than A4 size and I wouldn't need the white toner version.
A friend has an idea and it may be workable, which is really odd for him. I mean REALLY odd for him!

QUESTION - Black prints on white cotton Ts
Re: QUESTION - Black prints on white cotton Ts
Unless the customer has specified cotton then I would find a cotton feel sublimation t-shirt and sub them.

Depends on the design and placement of the personalisation, also on quantities. Vinyl may work. Any idea on design complexity? DTF is superb alternative.

Simple graphic with various text. Vinyl is no go as it needs to be eco-friendly. DTF? Is this the precursor to DTG?Justin;148212 wrote:Depends on the design and placement of the personalisation, also on quantities. Vinyl may work. Any idea on design complexity? DTF is superb alternative.
