Problem installing Printer Profiles Win10

Trying to install some new profiles, I've been sent the .icm file. Normally I'd just right click and install but not getting that option.

I think the issues is with Win10 as they install on Win7 ok.....can't understand why.

Anyone any ideas please?

Uhm, works as normal on another Win10 install so must be something on this one....

They go in the spool folder ... C:Windows\system32\spool\drivers\color (assuming you haven't moved your spool folder to its own SSD)

Yes that's right but they should install via a right mouse click.
