Photos from mobile are terrible pressed on mugs

Im using an L805 printer with ink experts ink and paper, and the Galaxy Pro V2 mug press.

As you can see from the pics, the graphics made on my pc are ok, but anything printed from my mobile are all washed out.

Can anyone advise please?

Are you importing the images from the phone into the same graphics program?

yes I'm using photoshop 2021

What resolution are the phone pics in MegaPixels? Are they just screenshots sent from another phone?

That the problem mate thanks, I was using the my phone app to connect to my phone and download them, I didnt realise that it only downloaded a small resolution of them.
