JUst thinking of changing my mobile and I'm unsure which to choose! IPhone or Blacberry Storm?

iPod Touch is great, I assume the iPhone is the same...but has a phone (funnily enough!) Email/Internet etc. is superb through a wireless link. How well this works through 3G (or whatever it is nowadays) I wouldn't know.
I used to have a Blackberry, earlier model though. Great for receiving emails through push but lousy at everything else. Very basic phone and the unit itself was quite heavy. Not sure about the new models and how they compare size/weight to the iPhone.

The early Blackberry's were horrible but the new Storm due to be released soon has really caught up. I've read a few drect comparison reviews and they put the IPhone/Blackberry Storm on a par.
I need to use email most so that's why I like the Blackberry.

The new BB's sound really good, I'd like to have a play! Do they still use the little qwerty thumb keyboard? I got on very well with that on my BB. The iPhone would obv. be a touchscreen affair. I get on ok with that on my touch but I think it may prove trickier to use than an actual keyboard.
I wonder if any phone companies/sellers would sell you a phone on a 'return and exchange if not satisfied' basis, so you could try it out?
I'm sure the BB would be a cheaper option. Have you seen the iPhone prices unlocked? Jees.

The new Storm is touch screen and a bit heavier than the IPhone.
Yes, the cost of the unlocked IPhones is hideous.

Re: Which Mobile Phone - IPhone or Blacberry Storm
i have been looking at getting a dual sim phone. i don't think they are out yet over here but are in japan and sound amazing. a friend of mine has one for her business and thinks it is the best thing ever.
for those of you who are unsure - dual sim is exactly as it says - dual. If you use 2 mobiles at the moment - 1 for work and 1 for personal then you put both sims into one phone and they both work as if in 2 phones except they are only in 1 - so you don't have to carry 2 phones around.
i think they sound great. just google dual sim phones and you will find out about them.

Nice one! We will expect a blow by blow appraisal on the forum of courseStitch Up wrote:I'll have my Storm on Tuesday
I've never tried dual sim yet. is that where you have to power the phone off and on to toggle between the sim cards or can it be done differently now?
