I have an epson sc f100 with original ink and texprint heavy paper and at the moment I have extreme problems that the color on our cups doesn't match at all either it prints brown instead of black or the print looks totally washed out or it prints the background from a white jpg as blue stitch
we print from corel draw maybe someone can tell me something about my settings

You will need to get a custom icc profile installed. Either your ink supplier will be able to supply you with the correct profile or contact Paul on here who makes custom profiles.

Also, in my experience, brownish blacks result from insufficient time or temperature.

I might be wrong (not the first time! ha ha) but I believe you cannot use a custom profile with the F100. Hence why I think a few of my friends in the industry ditched it as colours could never be accurate to artwork they were printing for clients.
