Hi
Anyone got any good approaches for resolving a clogged printhead on a SG400? It's purely the black that's affected, about half the print head is just giving me nothing. It's been on the whole time (for cleans etc) but not had any regular use since around mid-December 2022.
I've done 4-5 head flushes, lots of head cleans, I've cleaned out the capping station (which is draining beautifully), I've tried soaking the head on a cloth with some cleaner but nothing has helped so far.....Any great ideas?
Really don't want to say goodbye to my SG400.....
Regards
Gary

Re: SG400 Printhead Blockage
Never owned one but can the head be removed like in cannon printers?
I have a cannon here that clogged up (eddible ink) it was dead so i soaked it overnight in IPA in a small metal tin after a really good soak and a rinse it was perfect.
I have done an epson using a lint free cloth soaked in IPA pushed under the head for 24hrs also.

Thanks for your response. I'm not sure if can be easily removed (maybe someone else does?). It can certainly be "tilted upwards" so I can get a cloth underneath. Maybe I just need to give it a longer soak......
