Versa’ sublimation paper - Heat Press Settings

I'm trying to find what temp I should be using on a 100% poly Adidas Jersey, I'm looking on Ink Experts site which says "Heat press temperature and time are determined by the item you are working with. We recommend checking with the blank supplier for the recommended settings."


Could you help at all?
