Standard MS file Paul, Excel 97-2003 format. :-(

Just realised, if you go to print the list it looks fine....doh!

What software you using Paul? I'm running Open Office so can save it in another format.

i dont use any office software as i never needed. can you just send it in normal windows wordpad file??

Just a update we do now get discount if our order is big enough, you do have to ask for it , we have found them to be more than helpful, we had to wait a small while for things they don't have in stock, we tell the customers and they make the decisions to go ahead or not, we have not lost any orders yet as the wait has not been to long. Hope this is useful
