Im reluctant to use that stuff whilst it's still in Warranty, when it all went wrong i panicked and found a spare printer (another B1100) For sale with a year's warranty, it's more the down time that's the issue.

all epson owners have this problem at some point i think lol
and you can guarantee it'll happen when you have an order to fulfil

it still works so stick with it, unlike mine that stopped working completely it was dead so i had to buy a new one
turned out we had a leaky window on the boat water and electronics do not mix lol

good luck

Our advice always when this happens is to first have a read through our FAQ's on such matters and also have a look at the maintenace guide that we have online (http://www.printerowners.co.uk/docs/mai ... eguide.pdf). Often the issue is determining if the printer is at fault or if it is the ink flow through the printer. Testing with ordinary ink cartridges will rule out the printer, pointing the problem to the bulk feed system as a possible cause, BUT it has to be determined where the problem is. If the printer won't print properly with ordinary ink cartridges in it then doing something to the sublimation ink system isn't going to help matters as the problem lies with the printer.

So the question now is, does the printer print okay with ordinary cartridges in it?

Hiya Martin, as I mentioned previously the original carts are empty purely through head cleans and nozzle checks, I might have the chance of some carriages tommorow so will update then! Cheers
