Well - what a past couple of weeks!
I think we've definatley had our run of bad luck with a family member in hospital, kids ill, equipment failure, shoplifting, power failures and car trouble!
They say that things come in three's so hopefully this will put us right for the next couple of years!
All's back on track now (best they can be) - still doing hospital runs but it does put light on what's important in life and what can wait (what I mean is printer problems are a right pain but when they come amongst other things they don't seem that bad!).

The good thing is that my customers understood and have been ok with delays etc ...................... it just goes to show that putting the extra bit of effort into customer service does pay off when it's required.
