hi all new here as just got a setup for printing onto cups but 9 cups later still a no go

Can you tell us what paper , type of ink , and which express heater you have ? so we have a better clue please .

hi m8 the paper is
Signal - Transfer paper - sublimation printing 120 gram
(hard to tell which side is whiter
)
The expres machine does not have any numbers on it so checked ebay and this is the one :

the printer is epson s22 and comes with some chipped cartridges in it which i fill with sublimation ink using syringe
(not best way i know - but what came with system)
Also the software that is set up is adobe elements 10 and have a color management profile
I prefer Photoshop but dont know how to transfer the managent file or whatever u call it

Hi Cardman it would be good if you could post some pictures of the mugs you have done and temp and time in the mug press. We would then have a better idea of what is going wrong.
