hi m8 the paper is

Signal - Transfer paper - sublimation printing 120 gram
(hard to tell which side is whiter :))

The expres machine does not have any numbers on it so checked ebay and this is the one :
http://www.ebay.co.uk/itm/XPRES-MAGIC-T ... 3cc0048e4f

the printer is epson s22 and comes with some chipped cartridges in it which i fill with sublimation ink using syringe
(not best way i know - but what came with system)
Also the software that is set up is adobe elements 10 and have a color management profile
I prefer Photoshop but dont know how to transfer the managent file or whatever u call it

Welcome to the forum cardman :-) Might be better to call your heater a mug press for future reference ;-)

Hi Cardman it would be good if you could post some pictures of the mugs you have done and temp and time in the mug press. We would then have a better idea of what is going wrong.

Jack.
If at first you don't succeed, read the manual.
