Mugs not printing correctly (pics included)

Hi there, Just spotted this thread. I have that same press and i press mine for four mins at a temp of 200.
Just try extending your time a little.
The only thing with this press i found, you cant press right up to the handle on the cup

I know what u mean about not being able to do full press upto th handle
I just made a shorter template of 20x9
I managed to do some text on cups and it came out kk at 3 mins but if i do at 4 mins it leaves a sort of heat mark on the cup and browns the paper to a crisp.
