Hello from darkest Wiltshire
Re: Hello from darkest Wiltshire
Hi everybody,
I was fortunate to find you all during an 'interwebby thing' search whilst researching custom T shirt/mug production.
A little background...I was in aviation for over 40 years and hit inevitable redundancy as 'computerisation' encroached into my field of expertise.....humans not required!!
While considering something to do to make getting up in the mornings worthwhile another forum I'm on (bike related) was looking for someone to provide decals etc. That got me going and I have progressed from cut decals to full colour print. Now they (and others) are looking for more merchandise namely T shirts/sweats/hoodies and mugs. As I already have a nice versacamm and associated software I thought this would be interesting.....hence I found you folks.
So here I am ready to read, ask questions and learn.

Good evening folks...thank you for those words of welcome in a short space of time.
For GoldRapt....I just got lucky finding a nice reconditioned Sp300i complete with Versaworks and updated motherboard that had been traded in for a 540 at a price I couldn't refuse. It produces lovely full colour work on a variety of vinyls. I mainly use clear or white but my supplier has a nice printable chrome and more recently a lovely carbon fibre look film.
Barryslip....I'm just outside Lyneham having been based there for the best part of 20 years.
Just a couple of jobs I have done in print....the Castrol Honda was in collaboration with a good friend who passed away shortly after it was completed so it's a bit special to me.
