having learnt the hard / messy way i now refill my carts in situ, with a syringe, slowly, no problem at all - thats an epson well actually i have 2 diff models, both use refillable inks 1 dye and 1 sublimination

I use them as well, although I find that it's often cheaper to go via their website: http://www.ink-girl.co.uk/ See on that page that you get £2 off any order over £15 if you use the code "rc1". I've used that a few times.

Can't answer for their support, though. I asked once about their refillable HP cartridges - they had one listing on ebay about cartridges with chips, then another for the same cartridges without chips. Got a reply to my email a couple of days later with just a one-line reply that really didn't answer the question.
