13" Canvas Roll problem with Epson R2880

Hi Everyone.

Yet again another issue! I purchased some Marrutt 380gsm Glossy Canvas 13" x 9.5m.

Firstly I have downloaded the ICC profile from Epson for this printer for canvas roll.

Managed to load the canvas fine, changed the settings in the printer preferences to manual roll therefore as far as im concerned surely this should print!

However the paper feed like keeps on flashing! Then when I try to print it says the canvas isn't installed correctly or I'm out of paper... The canvas is installed according to the epson manual...

Just wondering if anyone has had a similar issue and solved this before.
