Myself and others tried to make contact, money was even offered but alas no response. It would be nice to think that as a gesture to all of us who supported the forum and also SubliNation Kevin would at least discuss the possibility with us. It seems such a waste that the topics and users are left and still nothing has been done.

Yep, certainly agree it's a waste and wrong the way it was handled.

I am here. Literally drowning with orders at the moment and working long hours in the day job as well, but here and present anyway

I've noticed the lack of emails pinging in from this forum when topics have been updated. Is the default that this feature is turned off? Might be worth changing the default to make this standard as it might "remind" casual users that there are replies to the topics and we are still here.

Makes me wonder if people have got lost in the move somewhere, I still have both on my fav's and forget which I'm supposed to be going to? (people might still be missing the big red scrolling message! lol) Is there no way you can just redirect the other to here incase?
Just remembered also....not sure if you intended it but the trading place is visible wether logged in or not.

You need to select "Notify me when a reply is posted" when you make a post and then you'll get emails, you can also choose "Subscribe Topic" at the bottom of any posting.

I appreciate that you may have been subscribed to posts on the other forum and these subscriptions do not appear to have been carried over. If I can find any way to update this I'll let everyone know.

Also, I just realised. In your User Control Panel, under Board Preferences, you can select "Notify me upon replies by default" Makes it a bit easier.
