hi Nikki, here are the ones i use and they are pretty good mugs to.

http://www.ebay.co.uk/itm/36-White-Coat ... 2767wt_748

i made my template size for them and it works fine at 95mm high x 80mm dia. (225mm wide template for a full rap of the mug is what i found works best).

hope that helps you hun x

Cheers hun.. I must admit i've had a couple I tested off Ebay and to be honest they didn't print up as crisp and clear as i'd hoped.. might see if they can send me a test mug..

With regards my European mugs.. I get those from BMS and love them.. print up real crisp (unless human in control makes a mistake !! lol)

Do you know how well they cope in a dishwasher as they seem a good bargain, but I must be 100% confident with washability as I give this guarantee to my customers, I've had a couple of disasters buying mugs from ebay one lot was mostly cracked or broke when delivered others faded when washed,so any info would be great

Thanks Bob

The problem with ebay mugs are they may/may not be dishwasher safe and also lack of supply. What happens if you print them and they are fine, go back to order another few cases and the seller can't get them or has changed his supplier and the mugs are completely different.

IMO - stick with a company that you know will have continous stocks of the same mug. You definitely get what you pay for with sub mugs.
