You are certainly right - and guess what, that was ME!

I wasn't going to bring it up again but this was back in October 2010 and was regarding the same thing on a larger scale. I posted the following after speaking to someone big at MDP
"Just to close this down now I had a call today from Graham Jones who is one of the owners of MDP.

Graham was a very nice chap and took full responsibilty for what had happened and apologised.

It wasn't an excuse, but Graham explained that they are currently making new cages to hold clothing in, so during the intrim 'some' clothing has left the depot in a state that wasn't acceptable. He listened to my point of view and to be totally honest was a very nice bloke indeed.

He even gave me a couple of freebies for my troubles!

I will continue to use MDP as all was sorted to an acceptable conclusion - it just goes to say that if there is a problem and it's justified then you should contact the relevant personnel to sort it. If they are a company that value customers then they will bend over backwards to make things right ............... Graham did this.

So, all's well that ends well :-)"
I just had a look at the post again (at the link below) and was also interested to see your reply back in 2010 Paul?
:o  :o  :o  :?
I use them a loooooot and never, ever had a such a problem like you :(
its shame you experienced so many problems with them... But as I said... never ever had a 1 problem with garments and vinyls. customer service was exelent and delivery damn quick.
Question please Paul - you said then (back in 2010) that you had no problem with the clothing - but now you accept when it arrives this way ................. when did things change?

My last delivery got a bit wet during transit and the t-shirts were soaking as they had just been shoved in the box, not even in a polythene bag .

I use this company for both vinyl and clothing.. and agree that it would be nice for the clothing to come atleast in bags.. I am not fussed about the screwed up look as I am going to be pressing it anyways.. but the whole water thing could definitely be a potential issue !!
