as some of you know - i went and got a -prepaid mastercard to use with the likes of The Transfer Press & other companys that dont do online payment - you can only take out whats in it - nothing else....

now.....

got card through 4 days ago - activated it - fired in £50 via my bank online - waited 4 hrs.....bugger all !!...LIKE WTF ?

where the hells my cash gone ?

send them email - got one back this morning asking for the last 4 digits of my card --what card ? my own bank card or there card ?

anyhoo....
gave them the last 3 digits of my own bank card why ? - i dont bloody well trust em !
i tryed to phone them 4 times this morning - each time ....do you want to speak to customer service agent ( computer voice)...er...yes....we will charge you £1 for this ...you WOT ?....AYE OK....PRESS 1 TO CONTINUE....1

click.beeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeep......friggin cut off each of the 4 times i have phoned without getting through to anyone.....
this card came recommended from moneysupermarket.com......THIS SMACKS OF A SCAM TO ME :mad:
or am i just over sensitive here ??

sent another email with MY PHONE number on it and last 3 digits of my own bank card....
told em to phone me or trade & standards/Financial Ombudsman will have to be called here....somethings not right

update - phoned my own bank - .....30mins later, the money is now in my freedom card...hmmmm

question is - do i tell em to stuff it - or keep using it ?...its only for 1 company - TTPRESS :rolleyes:

my own bank did say cause money was transfered on a fri, why it never showed up till this afternoon - business working days !!....:rolleyes:

cause they dont do online payments of ANY kind !....
They phone you and ask for your card details over the phone - I do not like to give my card details over the phone to ANYONE - hell, you dont know who's answering the phone at the other end - could be the cleaner for all you know !

I'm surprised you haven't taken your business else where. I would. Its a case of you trust us, but we don't trust you. Not good

There are only a couple of things on there i want that i cant get anywhere else - there transfer catalogue for one.
Want to see the full range and prices, so i sent for the rather large catalogue, so i can sit in comfort on the sofa and browse and see whats gonna be a seller/s and also see if its gonna be cost effective/profitable to do it that way or not !

They have been around long enough, I've been dealing with them since I started 3 years ago. Whatever they do works.

In my case they have my debit card number stored. I have 2 bank accounts, I use one for online trading and onlt transfer money in when I need to, that way if it gets hacked they get nowt

not saying the company/people arnt genuine or anything - just that i have never had any dealings with them either personal or business wise .
got there catalog through the door this morning - dam quick delivery considering i only phoned yesterday about it :biggrin:
