Well, as the 9000 series are over the 42", you can buy some refillable cartridges, and then also have a lot more choice of bulk inks, not necessarily Sawgrass, so the whole supported/unsupported issue such an issue.

This is absolutely true and the 1 litre pricing of sublimation ink reflects this. Not sure if it's the inks we use, or that Epson's wide formats are better at keeping themselves going, but we did say goodbye to printing problems like blockages/clogging etc when we moved away from the smaller home models
