Sorry for the title but that's how it been today nearly everyone that has come to the shop today has been a knob, one came for a Chelsea mug that he said was in the window but was not. pissed out of his head. then a French boy for a Vatican pin, who would not believe that I did not sell it, he was there for a half a hour, I was hot, bothered, and frustrated. One lady wanted a mug for her husband with the really bad swear words on it, nothing else it was his 65th birthday, a druggie to see it the dagger was real. Then a bloody man who got really stropping because I would not put his circus poster up, or take his flipping tickets. The phone going all day with automated message. ( I have use the service to cancel them only a week left) These a few of the idiots that paid me a visit. This is a small section of what happen today, I closed at 5 I couldn't take any more. Thank god there is not to many days like this, rant over hope your day went better than mine

We just signed up to the service to cancel ALL the cold call we receive, since we did we only get 4-6 a day. So don't get to excited just yet. Best bet is to pull the plug out!

When I worked at the banks we always called Wednesday's 'Wonky Wednesday' because it was the one day in the week where we would get the most awkward customers asking the most awkward & stupid questions.

I think the hot weather drove them out of the heat into my cool shop. I know it got to me to day as I was moaning back to the cold calls, and they were automated. How sad is that

I haven't had customers as I work from home.. but I have managed to make a mistake not deleting hundreds of nodes and sending it to my cutter.. sorting the nodes and forgetting to save it, therefore sending the same file to the cutter AGAIN.. and then when cutting some flex managed to somehow hide my tape measure under it !! and I now have a 2cm angled tape measure and one that starts just around the 2cm mark !! all in all a productive day !!

i love dealing with drunk people, i sold a t shirt once with a dog on it, because this lady wanted to impress her new man with a t shirt with dogs on it as "he loves dogs" we know the said man and he is really not fussed on dogs, certainly not liking them enough to want them on a t shirt. off she went with her purchase, 10 mins later she asked us to add some words to it, as he was very very puzzled by the t shirt, so we had to add "i love smoking my pipe" in flourescent pink!!!! now as i have mentioned, knowing him, we assume he is not a pink man. 10 mins later they both come back, him with a very puzzled look on his face and the t shirt.

finally he goes out with a t shirt with dogs on saying "i love pink BUT not as much as i love smoking my pipe, but a lot more than i love dogs AND the crazy bitch that made this for me" - still laugh with him over the shirt, never saw her again

No I was wrong today is worst for the last hour although it seem all day, I've had a Canadian in who talked about ships war, navy and old friends, his drawl was slooooooooow I nearly fell asleep, he was not here to buy or even look but just to bore me rigid, then wouldn't have HMS promise was a trawler. Some one put me out of my misery, someone people just pop in because they have nothing better to do, (no bugger talks to them, they go the other way) it must be my week for it.

It certainly is bad, had a call from a yank yesterday, was on the phone over an hour. After he rang off I still had no idea what it was he wanted to know. He just just kept jumping from one thing to another, and all about different things and models lol.

Another wasted how of my life lol ...
