Re: vehicle template outlines

Post by chongsta »

Hi all,

I was wandering if anyone has a vehicle template cd?

Im after an outline for a Renault Traffic DCI 150 LWB with cab on "57" plate!?

A mate wants me to do some graphics for him but I need the outlines first! surprisingly no car graphic company will help :(

I used to have a cd but its out of date for this model, in fact its more suited to a Model T ford lol its that old :)

Cheers if anyone can help

Dave.

Hi Dave, If I don't have the vehicle outline I usually take a digital photograph, measure a couple of points on the vehicle, then scale the image accordingly in my signwriting software. By locking the vehicle into the sign I can do whatever I want with the graphics to go on it.

Sorry for the late reply.

I managed to get the templates after all. although i dont have the scales of the EPS files. I guess i could measure the panels as Mal pointed out.

Cheers all
Dave.
