Yes Justin these are superb machines. I have one and have had it for over 10 years. One press gets you approx 50 mugs per hour, two gets you 80 per hour. Because these machines are so good I have never looked at ovens or any other style of mass production as I simply do not need to. If you are thinking about purchasing a 5 mugs at once then I would have no hesitation in recommending this machine. I also purchase the blankets from HeatpressUK which do last a heck of a long time.
Looby, I will have a think about it and get back to you. Cash flow is tight right now as I have a couple of music tours going on. One of them is Cheryl Cole and as I pay my suppliers upfront but invoice on 45 days in this instance I am going to need all the cash I can get hold of a it will probably be quite a big seller (who said anything about going off topic LOL!!!). If I had the money right now though I would grab it from you as they are superb machines.
Out of interest, if its the printer causing problems why not purchase a Ricoh. For sublimation I would never consider anything else and I am 99.99% certain it would solve any printing problems you had/have.

Re: DG5 multi mug press plus extras
I have heard fab reviews from all you peeps on here regards the Ricoh but to be honest I have moved away from the mugs now and gone back to my original love which is actually hand painted glassware. They are all my own designs and I do really well out of it with orders because they are bespoke and made to order.
I have however started printing t-shirts - only with my own hand drawn designs on but they seem to be doing well.
Thanks for your idea though Socialgiraffe.
