Thanks Martin, I'll check everything shortly. It seems something has happened recently as last night it stopped midway through a print twice and I had to use the reset button.

(my email address used on all our orders with you is chris@acetees.co.uk)

Personally i think theres a problem with the b1100 and its use with sublimation inks in general ive heard quite a few b1100 owners who have problems of one sort or another including myself. My b1100 never worked properly i only used it as a back up so in its short life it had very little use compared to my 1400. Luckily all is not lost if you bought your printer from a sawgrass approved source (BMS are sawgrass approved) and its less than a year old give sawgrass a ring and they will get you sorted out one way or another . I must take this oppertunity to thank the guys at sawgrass for not just sorting out my b1100 but for also sorting out my 1400 yes both went at the same time you couldnt make it up could you. But anyway their tech guys were second to none for not only replacing the ink system on my 1400 and replacing the b1100 courtesy of BMS but they also took control of my computer and set my ricoh 7700n up as well (it aint as easy as some would have you believe esp when using vista 64bit) all in all proof if proof were needed that using approved ink suppliers ie sawgrass does priovide the support when needed most. Thanks as usual to the guys at BMS for their assistance in this Martin give scott a rise he's one hell of an asset to your firm and i suppose you aint that bad either oh and thank jo for her attempt at help but asking if it was plugged in kinda set the level of the call lol

ps BMS discount scheme ending :tut tut terrible awful disgusting bang out of order guv you only gave us 6 months notice im upset beyond belief i doubt i'll ever get over it, i'll never order again until the next time ( sorry martin you had plenty of moans i just didnt wanna be left out heh heh heh)

HILARY not Hayley - who can't hear now! Had a message in the diary for you, but you weren't at the office 1/2 hour ago when I called you!
