In my humble opinion there is no real single printer solution as so many jobs require sublimation ink and so many more require 'standard' ink or toner.
I think the consensus of opinion is that for easy of use and acceptable quality printout the Ricohs are best for sublimation, that for laser printers it seems Oki are favoured and for standard ink for t-shirt transfers etc the Epson 'durabrite' printers are favoured. This does not mean that there are not other printer makes that can be used successfully but just what I have picked up from this forum and google searches.
