Re: Outer Boxes that fit poly mug box
I always think that if the mug arrives in a box that the purchaser can use to present the item to someone else in then it is a benefit. So I bubble wrap my mug, put it is a display box then bubble wrap and wrap this in fragile tape. If I know they mug is for their personal use then a polystyrene mailer and fragile tape does the job.
Re: Outer Boxes that fit poly mug box
I use polys now with just fragile tape around them no outer boxes, so far only one breakage i think.
Also from posting both polys and cardboard boxes, when customers order 2 mugs i tape them together in the polys and it still costs £2.20 to post (charges customers £3.20) but when i was posting in the cardboard boxes with 2 mugs it brought the posting cost up to £3.50 i think it was.
So another bonus for the polys they are much lighter! without out all the extra protecting you have to put in the cardboard ones.
