I've bought a heat press from Coralgraph and am quite happy with it. I've just taken delivery of a small heat press, haven't used it yet, am going to give it a try tonight. Hope it goes ok. Will report back on my findings.

They could have handled it better, yes, but seeing as lots of suppliers seem to be selling out of stock, I guess they are very busy trying to keep up with demand. Not that that's an excuse, but no one is perfect.

Well the little heat press seems OK, the only thing I've tried is a BMS coaster, but it seems to have worked fine. Obviously, I'll have to see how it holds up to a bit of use. It was a good price for a small swing away press, I think

I find Coralgraph a really strange company to deal with sometimes and understand Justin's frustrations here. Some products are fantastic value and are 'unfaultable'. The service that I received from them when I just started-up was also excellent. I've got various heat/mug presses and used their mugs, phone cases etc and cannot fault them.

However, on the flip-side there seems to be a real defensive side if you challenge them/one of their products. I've had issues with glass cutting boards (see last post), baby bibs and magnets. In my opinion, these products were of such poor quality that it should not have even been a contemplation to send out their customers. There just seems no rational for them to stop for a moment and think "Hang on, this product is awful and will harm our reputation if we supply this". It seems to be completely about quantity sold, rather than quality & quantity combined. Everyone's different so if that's the case then fine, however they should just realise they are going to receive more challenging situations if they take this path.

Coralgraph was one of the first companies i contacted for mugs as the pricing was brilliant and it also come with free delivery which is bonus as all other companies i have seen dont offer free delivery. I remember emailing them once at about 11pm expecting a reply in the morning but to my surprised emailed me straight back with many exchanges (unlike another company i have had dealings with that still have not answered my emails when i had problems). I also had many orders from them since mugs, boxes, phone cases coasters etc. all top notch and delivered the next day for free.

So for me i cant fault them. They also have given my many discounts!

on another note i havent brought any presses of them so i dont no what they are like.

I have also had some great and not so great dealings with them..

Ordered my heat press from them way back when.. and it's a fab piece of kit.. even ordered blanks and fantastic again.

BUT when I ordered a chopping board, the coating was blemished but because I had printed it as a test it was as though they didn't believe it was blemished.. and when I received a chipped dog bowl I received a 50% refund (no good when I can't use the bowl)

I have emailed and emailed at times with no replies.. so gave up on ordering :(

I have ordered goods from Coralgraph and always been happy. They tend to sell most items on price rather than quality (which is what some people want - but not my main priority). The old saying "you get what you pay for" is usually correct. But I would agree their "communication skills" are not the best.
