Heating element on mugs.

quick update on the mug issue.. got an email today from supplier asking for my address so that they can rectify the situation whatever that means.
i guessing they have had other complaints.

Can t really blame supplier i got them from as they are probably peeved themselves regarding the situation as they will have get hold of there suppliers and try get the whole shipment sent back if thats the case...

dont really want to say because i really dont think it is there fault to be honest and i dont want to give them a bad name over some mugs that are probably normally ok.. They are dishwasher safe mugs and they are grade A so they must be a bad batch and lets be honest it could happen to any supplier..

Well got a silicone sheet and did a few test presses at 195 for 220 seconds.
However print has no element marks but it is faded towards the handle. Does this mean i need to increase temp and time or decrease temp and time. Im asking cos i dont want to waste a box of mugs. Lol

Can any tell me that which print you are applied on mug, it 'll never fad?

Maybe the mugs are a minute bit thinner..

I am using mug clamps and an oven and have another suppliers mugs in at the moment due to BMS being out of stock.. and I wasted the first four I put in due to the clamps all needing tightening..

It may not be much.. but just enough ??
