Thanks for all your comments, i have emailed Sawgrass and said enough is enough! Waranty time....!
Head Cleans.....aint doing anymore of them!
I have emailed martin @ BMS
And yes Mark, the bin sound a really good idea! And maybe i should have got a ricoh in the first place.
