Did you buy it as a sublimation printer from a Sawgrass dealer?
Did the advert state that the printer definitely came with the Sawgrass inks included?

hi vicki and tim thanks for your replys yes it was bought from an authorised supplier i dont want to name them but iam 100% confident the problem will be sorted tomorow looking on the bright side it gives me more time to read more post and learn haha

Why don't you want to name them if they are an authorised supplier?

The supplier made a simple mistake on a very busy day after the holidays they forgot to swap them over I have chosen not to name them as I feel it's not a bad enough problem to slate them off on a public forum

i have been intouch with the supplier they have been very good and was rushing to get my cartridges to me for tomorow however iam not availble to receive them so they will be arriving monday so your all safe from any more questions about my printer until monday ha ha

If you get to keep the original Ricoh carts then you come out well from this, as there must be some demand for them to flog 'em on ebay for a little extra cash.
