Sorry what do you mean getting the image on vinyl? setting should be speed 8 thickness 9 blade 1 or 2
you only need to cut through the vinyl not the carrier sheet. then you weed out the waste vinyl.
O i forgot you will need to reverse it before cutting right click and flip horozontily

i can roughly see the outline of the image but it hasn't actually cut right through the vinyl. I am using a blue blade in craft robo graphtec.

It might have cut by the sounds of it you need to start at a corner and peel away the waste vinyl, so that only your image is left on the carrier sheet
tweezers or sharp knife blade will help with weeding, it can be hard to see in electric light.

If it hasnt cut enough, just keep trying the test cut it does a little triangle and move you blade up 1

So if its cut a bit then just move the blade up im not sure which colour blade is which with robo blades but you should only need it on 1 or 2

Hi Viccar - update - i have finally managed to get the craftrobo to work. The blade wasnt working properly so replaced it and now its fine and cutting brilliantly. Thank you sooooooooo much for all your help yesterday and for recommending Silhouette Studio - I love it!!! May need to call on your help again in the future to find out exactly how it works but so far so good.
