Its nice when they leave good feedback

Came in to in the shop early today and open my emails, had a very nice email from a customer from Australia saying thank you for his items and said that his friend was visiting England and found our shop and passed on the details, Unlike the other customer who sent a very snotty email demand to know where her items where, she put her order in Thursday and email came Friday, the email was so rude I nearly refunded her money and tell her it was out of stock, but I overcome my childishness and sent her email saying that they had gone in post and gave the tracking number as she so rudely demanded. So it was nice to have a really nice email thanking us. So word of mouth has reach Australia that cheered me up. You know when you place cards on the pc and when you win you get fireworks, we should be able to send that to customers that are nice to us when we reply to show our appreciation, for the ones that are rude I would send a damp squid, what would you like if it was possible to send to your nice and nasty customers
