Mug Templates.....anywhere?
Re: Mug Templates.....anywhere?
I have most, if not all of Paul's templates but what I would like is a plugin for Photoshop that would take a flat 2d image and wrap it around a 3d white mug - 11oz & latte.
Neoflex Direct to Garment Printer, Brother BAS-463 3 Head Embroidery Machine, Gerber Edge FX & 1, Gerber GS15Plus Plotter, Ricoh GX-7000 GelsPrinter, Adkins BETA Major Pneumatic Press, Graphtec CE5000-60 & Craft Robo, HTP616 Twinhead Mug Press & 2 Halogen Ovens.

Yes, when I can get the dosh together I shall also be getting all of Paul's templates, but as I am not in work, and not may orders coming in at present, and no one seems to want my body!! It looks like I will have to keep on saving, but I will get there!
But as I said, speak to Gary and he will explain how he does it.

Re: Mug Templates.....anywhere?
i know that I am last who should speek up in this tread but Gary email me few weeks a go and asked for feedback reference his templates... now... Is it only me or LOADS of Garys deigns not actually his??? They are simply copyrighted logos and trademarks used. no much effort puted in to templates to make them interesting.
most of designs even if dont contain an trademarks etc. they ready made elements and simply used on mug templates. If there is a market for those then thats fine. wish all the best. But if anyone decide to buy them and use the for decorating the own mugs please be careful of using designs like warner bros/ sport brands or card logos.
reference the 3d mock up mug. its not 3d is flat image that look like 3d. you can get plug in for photoshop. there is tread somewhere where we was talking about this. Smitch has exactly same plug in.

I was about to say about some of the mugs on BubbleGum.. I would be seriously weary of some of them as Paul said, they have copyrighted logos on etc..
Behind every great man.. is a surprised mother in law..

Must admit, I'm not that daft and do realise that some of his stuff is not usable!

yep some of his designs as Dave mentions are very nice and make a change from some of the very heavy almost over decorated (IMHO) templates that are about - less is definately more sometimes - and they are different.

By the way talking about copyrighted items, can we use flags on mugs?
