The designs you sold were in 72dpi and then you had to change them to 300dpi because of complaints, so how did you do this?bubblegumweb;65686 wrote:I use photoshop quite a bit in my mug designs. I never create at 72 dpi, it's always 300. As for increasing 72 dpi to 300, I dont think it can be done? I might be wrong. I know photoshop is good but i dont think it can increase to 300 dpi and keep the quality. If there is a way then all well and good for the people out there wanting to increase resolution
Can i turn a 72dpi into a 300dpi ?

I could post the conversation between us that we had on ebay messages if you like,bubblegumweb;65733 wrote:I re did all of them again from scratch at the 300 dpi
In Adobe illustrator might i add not photoshop this time
Oh and btw what complaints are you stated? I sell the templates on Ebay, and have had only 1..... that is the number 1 negative feedback. So kindly tell me about the complaints I have had, infact show me where i can see these complaints?
i was not the one who left you bad feedback, i complained through messages.
You then re sent the cd in 300dpi.
I do like your designs, and have used them,
but one of the main reasons i asked this question in the first place was when i received your 72dpi cd.
Its just when you put you never design in 72dpi, rattled me, because it was a lie.

You have to watch everything you do in this forum. thought forums where for posting comments in? Am i so glad i didnt pay the £10.00 membership fee only to have you lot on my back every 2 mins....
Firstly ive read through this thread and at no point has anyone suggested you have had any complaints or bad feedback so either you have a guilty concience or you are not reading the posts correctly or could it be a good excuse to add yet another post ?
I have read through a few posts today which are long dead age old posts that you have ressurected answering questions that have already been answered (thanks for wasting my time btw ) again this can only be for the one reason of bumping your post count up.
Having declared how glad you are that you have not paid the meagre sum of £10 for the wealth of knowldge on this forum i dare say when you do have a genuine problem that you need help with you wont be too suprised when very little useful advice comes in
Id say justin if you are reading this post that this is proof enough that its about time posting is only allowed for paid members who have something of use to contribute to this forum as for bubblegum please dont bother replying to this thread id hate to help you futher build your post count
