ok, since i have no option, i suppose i will have to take the same model again....

oh no sir, thats not on offer just now, thats £179, you bought it when on offer @ £99, so we can only offer you replacement up to £99...oh for goodness sake

You got done,
it doesnt matter if it went up in price, if you took it back under guarantee they have to replace with same if you ask no matter if its gone up in price,

although for a refund or putting the money towards something else they will only give you the original price

paper does have sides!
if you take a look at any ream of paper you will usually see an arrow on the sealing end wrap sticker, - the one that says paper type/weight etc
There is usually an arrow, - this points to the side of paper to print on first.
Although you buy 'flat' paper, it has been through the mill, - litterally!
It is an organic (ex) living thing that needs to be treated with respect and handled appropriately. it is not all the same!!
paper could cost you £3 a ream, or £10 (or more...)
so it is from 2/3p to 2p a sheet
but half an hour of pissing about with a jammed printer once a month is enough to make me always buy the premium product.
You can spend your time making and selling mugs/T's etc, - or waste it solving problems with your technology that would never happen if you wern't trying to save a few pence.
imho

Laser all the way for invoices - much faster, instantly dry and look more professional IMO.
The bonus is you can print invites, flyers on a larger scale qty wise as with an injet you'd be there ages printing a few hundred.

really begining to wonder the same after logos comments.
the paper jams are becoming more and more often and really cheesing me off.
off up to city tomorrow to get some decent stuff, just 1 ream to try...funny feeling the chap might just be right:tongue:

not just that, when these brothers jam, they do it 3/4 times , then they just lock up -dead - back to shop ....not pretty
