We do a heavy weight sublimation canvas "by the metre" which some people prefer as they can just buy a couple of metres and cut pieces to size as they are needed.
http://www.thetransferpress.co.uk/acatalog/canvas.html - at the moment we have 170cm wide at the same price!!
(note to self we really must get an illustration on that page!!)
Also we have some rolls of canvas which I believe can be both sublimated and inkjet printed which we'll be offering at a "competitive" price - if someone who inkjets onto canvas would like to try a test print on some for us PM me and I'll get a sample piece to you some time next week!

Re: Printing canvas, dye sub or inkjet?
Can you tell me what setting i put my Epson Inkjet printer R1900 on to print on canvas matt and satin.
I have bought this printer so i can print direct onto canvas. I have had lots of interest so want to get it right.
I have been told i can use dye or pigment ink to do this.
Would like some tips and help with this one please.
many thanks
