I think you may be lucky on terms of the date you bought this. Have TMT told you that there is a £75 cashback deal available with this printer until May 15th?Dave271069;71658 wrote:Well as promised the OKI C610 AS ARRIVED! And what a beast!!!! just about fitted through the doors on my house now ive broken my back carrying it to its resting place in my room. initial thoughts are oh my god its big (compared to my richo and epson anyway). very well packed and presented, im now in the middle of taking all the strips of the cartridges and if i get a min later i will have a play and one day get my review and opinion up, anyway for now MAY THE FORCE BE WITH YOU WITH MY NEW LASER!!!!

Yeh, been filling in forms all day and a 3 year warranty . Just need to work out a way to make money off it now to start paying it back, tattoos and some of the hard ceramics transfers looks an alternative to sublimation and tshirts.

We just bought another of these last week as ours was a few years old. With the £75 cashback and 3 year warranty free of charge then it made sense! Oh, also got a free ipod shuffle as wellDave271069;71672 wrote:Yeh, been filling in forms all day and a 3 year warranty . I have the white toner laser printer from TMT and agree about the heat press issue. You must have a top quality press (Adkins) as you have to have VERY heavy pressure and I mean VERY heavy, you almost have to stand on the handle to close the press !! However, after some tweeks it does print out fine. On white garments the laser printer gives an almost screen print feel and washes up very well too. Superb for one off's.
Has anyone tried the 2 part papers from Forever (Xpres) they are pressed at at higher temp' 180degrees+ for a minute and being a hot peel you have to have asbestos fingers to peel apart. The paper is cheaper tho' at around £2 compared to £3 for TMT, if they are dropping their prices it would be very interesting.
