+1 for repriming
People automatically assume that they have blocked head when the nozzle check doesn't print properly, but trapped air, or air leaks can also cause these problems.
If you have an air leak, then the printer when printing, or nozzle cleaning, will just be pulling through more air rather than any ink.
One way to see if this is the case is that your carts remain full when the computer/printer are reporting they are used up from all the head cleans, or depending on your printer, the waste/maintenance tank/pad not getting fuller.

ok, going to try the priming, if that fails, i may be looking for someone that may be able to do the job for me, i have the coasters, so could post. Its 160, i can supply the design to go on them.
This will be my last resort as dont like being beaten and need the machine to be working as have other things to get done, just this one is needed fairly quickley.
So if anyone wants to give me a rough price that would be fab. thanks x
