A screen print of those would be superb assuming you have the correct resolution.
USING: Whatever it takes to get the job done...

Yes.

Depending on the printer they will either print as a tone direct or convert it to a straight black and white.

Either way 300 is more than enough.
USING: Whatever it takes to get the job done...
