I am right in the middle of a print run, the printer is displaying a message Power off/On error 28212 Call Service Engineer if error re-occurs!
I have tried turning it off and taking the cartridges out (new last week).
I saw someone else had posted this error at one point but the solution and reason for the error was not clear.

Tania - this is an air-sensor error in the print-head. Contact your Dealer, or our Tech team in Sheffield - we have put together a re-boot protocol which can solve this problem. How old is the printer? Thank you, I purchase the machine February this year. Will get in touch with the supplier tomorrow.
