hi , my brand new ricoh 3110 came today i installed the cd tha came with it , however my question is do i need a profile aswell and where do i get it , i made a phone case this morning which is fine but trying to make a mug and its all coming out rather brown i have played with the pressure but that mad no differnce and also the time that it is set at made no differnce , any help appreciated, thanks dan

if you bought it from official supplier then you should receive al info in the box. ricoh comes with powerdriver and ICC profile.

i got it from bms , cant see a icc anywhere , maybe martin knws?

Also talk to your supplier they are usualy the best to help :) Thats the bonus of buying supported, you get support from the supplier too.

got it sorted now profile terms will probs be back askin for help if the mugs aren't right lol

does the paper make a big differnce , i have set the profile to have high quality glossy the paper m using is the srn paper with the tiger on the front is that correct for that?
sorry for the questions just annoyin me a little lol

Ive been told the paper can make a difference, as your using that printer i dont know what settings to recommend, maybe Martin @ BMS, or one of our members who use a ricoh

use powerdriver instead profile. life will be so much easier :)

installed printer driver no me reds are bleeding and very pale jesus why is life so hard lol

Install Powerdriver and and it will make life a lot easier. What paper you using?
