Bloody Parcelforce

I had an order for 8 mugs to be presented to a TV personality during filming on Friday. They had to arrive by Thursday. I sent them via Parcelforce on Monday and they arrived Thursday afternoon on a 48hr service, not brilliant, but not the end of the world. Unfortunately the seem to have spent the extra day kicking the box around. Half the mugs were either chipped or broken. So the TV chaps had to get an alternative at short notice, I had to give a refund and miss out on tv exposure. Thank you Parcelforce.
