Ouch, never dealt with ralawise and based on this I never will. I tend to stick with BMS for my subli supplies and up until recently Xpres for vinyl but after FESPA I've a number of new suppliers to try. Nice of BMS to jump in there to the rescue.

Hey.... Ralawise apologised and said they would send replacements. Guess what... a full half of them came self assembly! No handles required. I could put my hand into the box from the outside without opening it at the top or bottom. The rest are either marked, cracked or when put into a press break apart at the first sign of pressure.

I'll be in touch w' BMS morrow to see about any much needed spare mugs that are available....
