my navy blue ends up as purple

We accidentally put a subli jet cartridge in a Ricoh 3300 with visi sub carts installed and colours changed dramatically until we discovered the mistake we then replaced it for a visisub cart and after printing quite a few copies we then got back to the normal quality.
How do you explain that?
I'll pop in to visi sub in the morning since they are about 400 metres away and ask them.

i can't explain your situation, but I know the inks are interchangeable. You'd be best to ask the question to an independent source such as Sawgrass as you may now end up with conflicting information.
