Roland GX24

Hello, I have just turned my Roland GX24 on to cut some sign writing. It cut the black vinyl amazing. I then changed to the white vinyl. and it was cutting, then it went really slow and slower while cutting, so i turned it off. Turned it back on again and now nothing! It's just coming up as Roland GX24 and that's it. When i click any of the buttons nothing happens. Any idea what could be wrong? All the leads are plugged in correctly and the cutter does move... Just can't send any jobs to it or roll the vinyl etc :/

Problem sorted It wasn't starting as there was a job sent to it that wasn't fully completed. anyhow i cancelled it and so far it seems to be all okay Cheers!

sometimes on the larger cut jobs you need to either cut in 2 stages, or make sure the printer jobs are cleared, but hopefully now its come up once, you will know what to look for next time,
