Have you tested the market already on the products you are wanting to sell?
You seem to have ordered a lot of blank product for someone starting out.
You would have been better buying in less stock 'til you knew what your best sellers were going to be, and then buying shedloads of them - especially for things like phone covers.
ink, paper, heat tape - you'll always need them, so no problems with them, although I would have thought you'd want to buy litres of ink, rather than a couple of 100mls for the amount of blank product you've got.

Did you include your £10 Premium Membership? That would be the best investment :-)

....and welcome to the forum by the way.

LOL, agree with Justin, what you can gain from this forum will be easily worth more than ten times £10 for you and your business.

Ive been involved in design from concept to final print and the pressing on mugs/t-shirts in the past, doing the whole process myself is new to me but i do have friends/acquaintances that has been doing this for a while that offer their assistance.
Its a learning curve but i see that as a challenge.

I already import leather cases and other accesories to cell phones that sell decent so i know what phones there is the most demand for, ordered a wide arrangement of blanks for starters since basicly their cheap and having a wide selection is good for the marketing.
I have indeed not ordered alot of ink yet, was quoted 140£ for 80x 10ml with the mix of colors as i choose, has a 6day delivery so for now i just ordered ink to cover testing/failing process and will restock the needed quantity when i am at the point of retailing.

Have not bought it yet, but i do definatly see the value of it as i am new to doing the process from design to final product by myself.
I fully realise that i will not be able to provide retail quality from day1, and that this forum has alot of priceless pointers/tips for worth way beyond the 10£ price and hopefully shorten my learning curve intil i reach the point that i can sell products.

Basicly the point i am coming from is that i already import varius gadgets and phone accesories for resale in a small scale (500-1500£ a month), and see the market/practicality for printing versus stocking thousands of covers to have all models.
But need to do the learning process upto being able to provide a retail product.

When it comes to selling the product i can in a 12-16week timeframe bring in 3000-5000 organic visitors pr month from SEO alone, have a established network of blogs to promote threw cheaply and can setup the store myself at a 80-120$ cost in licenses.
I normaly provide this service to retailers but i am looking to get established myself instead of just helping others get their stores running.

For most of it i used my regular procurement agent in china that collected prices from a few factories along with what brands they normaly produce for.
In general i like to purchase directly from factories that also produce for quality brands as they often sell off their surplus production dirt cheap compared to buying from the brand.

For blanks i paid 0.36-0.75£ each with shipping included, will add tablets (1-1.8£) when i restock covers. (prices at 50-100pc each)
Found retail packed screen protectors at 0,1£ each with shipping for all phone models so considering to get those so i can do "Free screen protector included, regular value ...".
